Dr. Chatelain travels around the world to talk to communities about an array of topics, including her research on girls and young women of color, the connection between civil rights and food, the Black Lives Matter Movement, the 2016 presidential election, and social media campaigns, such as #FergusonSyllabus. Additionally, Dr. Chatelain conducts workshops on inclusive teaching, difficult dialogue in the classroom, and workplace dynamics around race, gender, sexuality, and social class. Dr. Chatelain is also available for long-term strategic planning and consultation around diversity, equity, and inclusion at educational institutions, community organizations, as well as corporations.
